Abstract

|
Leiomyosarcoma of the uterus is far less common lesion. The diagnosis of, this lesion is rarely made preoperatively, because the symptoms and physical findings are attributed to the myomata. A case of Leiomyosarco ma combined with bilateral ovarian cysts found postoperatively is presented with a brief review of literature available.
